Managing Director
Robert has 22 years of comprehensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He has completed more than 60 advisory transactions spanning a multitude of industry sectors.
Robert's tenure extends across various domains, including industrials, logistics, and a diverse range of B2B and B2C service companies. As a Managing Director, Robert brings an experience base and a proven track record of success to his role at Peregrine, providing guidance and leadership to clients seeking to navigate the complexities of M&A transactions.
Robert received his MBA from California State University, Fullerton and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.

Michael Jeub
Managing Director
Mike is a Managing Director at Peregrine Advisors, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in financial services. He has successfully led more than $1 billion in equity transactions, specializing in owner buyouts completed by public companies, private equity firms, and private strategic buyers. In addition, he has worked on numerous international transactions, particularly in Asian and European markets, further broadening his expertise in cross-border dealmaking. With a strong academic foundation and professional credentials, Mike is committed to delivering exceptional value and tailored financial solutions.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
Kou Gosselin
Business Development
Kou is responsible for many of the firm’s business development activities. Kou’s prior experience with the middle market provides him with a unique perspective on how to overcome many of the challenges faced by his clients.
His background in marketing and sales spans more than 10 years and he has a proven track record of assessing the right exit strategy for business owners. His ability to identify appropriate sellers and buyers makes him an essential part of the M&A process.

Christopher Doyle
Associate
Chris works as an Associate at Peregrine Advisors. He is responsible for analysis of all financial aspects of a client’s company, preparing marketing materials, diligence processes and scouting potential buyers. Before Peregrine Advisors, Chris worked in Venture Capital and Property Management.
Chris received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley and holds a California Real Estate Sales License.
Chris works as an Associate at Peregrine Advisors. He is responsible for analysis of all financial aspects of a client’s company, preparing marketing materials, diligence processes and scouting potential buyers. Before Peregrine Advisors, Chris worked in Venture Capital and Property Management.

Junior Analyst
Eric Ma focuses on the financial analysis and industry research of sell-side and buy-side project across multiple sectors. He has gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Shaughnessy Group, overseeing M&A processes, and has completed internships in private equity with Ala Midas Capital and Legacy Pursuit. He has worked on transactions in industries such as HVAC, logistics, and various B2B service companies demonstrating his skills in financial analysis and due diligence.
Eric is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies at Western University. He is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese, and is actively involved in extracurricular activities, including finance and sustainability initiatives.
